Trent Rustan

Leasing Manager

Trent Rustan has 20 years of real estate industry experience specializing in the acquisition and sales of commercial property for real estate investment companies and developers. Trent is an expert in retail and office transactions and has successfully negotiated over $500 million of acquisition, disposition and leasing deals throughout Metropolitan Phoenix and the United States.

Trent is a recognized expert in the Maricopa submarket and represents many tenant, landowners, and other investors in that area. In addition, Trent is a member of the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce and serves as the Chairman of the Government Affairs subcommittee on Sustainable Growth and Development.

Trent received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona with majors in both Finance and Real Estate and was awarded an undergraduate research fellowship to study the impact of Resolution Trust Disposition policies on local real estate values. Trent joined Commercial Properties, Inc. in 2010.
